26/09/2024 – Moonstone House (Milton Keynes) – energy supply interrupted. This is related to a rupture in the cold water main on the Landlord supply side of the system, that resulted in flooding of the building. ThamesWey will restore energy supply once is considered safe to do so.

Please be aware that ThamesWey Energy will start some repair work to the District Heat Network, however this will not have any impact on Heat Supply. These works are scheduled to start on the 19th May 2025 for Victoria Way, and these works can last up to 4 weeks.
These works will require traffic disruption from lane closure (see pictures below), that is likely to impact all users of the carriageway. We can expect with the works some noise, which will be contained within permitted hours. Some weekend works may occur.
There will not be any impact to your supply for the duration of these works.
